After recording and touring for his project Kroyclub, Luis Santoyo shifted gears and created Jean Mors in 2013.

Over the remainder of the decade he released three albums for the project — Hasbian, Oppose People’s Knowledge, and a self-titled album, each with a distinct approach to composition and production.

Jean Mors returned in 2024 with the Join My Cult!! EP (released February 5) is a five-track set of synthesizer-driven songs ranging from the atmospheric to the melodic, from the rhythmic to the avant-garde.
